meineZIELE provides many possibilities for data exchange with other software, mobile devices and cloud services. These are the most important:
PC Organizer Software
Outlook
Appointments, tasks and contacts can be exchanged in both directions automatically or individually. Different options and settings are available. E-mails can be included in the 1-click-filing.
Lotus Notes
Appointments and tasks can be exchanged in both directions automatically or individually. Different options and settings are available. Contacts can be imported and e-mails included in the 1-click-filing.
ELO
Having been developed by the ELO Digital GmbH in Germany, ELO ("electronic Leitz folder") is an archiving system. meineZIELE can include ELO documents in the 1-click-filing. ELO can be started directly in meineZIELE. Documents and structures can be exported to ELO and put to the proper location.

MindManager
meineZIELE is able to import and export structures and mindmaps from MindManager.
Freemind
As for MindManager, meineZIELE is able to import and export structures and mindmaps from Freemind.
X-Mind
The data exchange is available in the Freemind format.
Cloud Services
Cloud Services are services, which are provided via the internet. Cloud calender services store tasks and events and make them available in online-calendars as well as a multitude of interfaces and Apps for mobile devices. Examples are the well known Google-Calendar and spezialized services als Toodledo or Memotoo. If You sync with Toodledo or Memotoo, Your data are automatically synced to mobile devices like iPhone or Android-Smartphines and the other way too.
There are two different ways to use such services:
1. Read-only: For instance, one or more Google calendars can be automatically imported when opening a mZ file. This is done by using the ICS interface.
2. Synchronization: mZ can exchange active tasks and events with Memotoo and Toodledo in both directions. Memotoo uses ICS for this too.
ICS, Google-Kalender etc.
ICS is a standard for calendars and tasks. meineZIELE can exchange tasks and dates with ICS, in both directions, automatically or on request.
Toodledo
Activated tasks and dates can be synchronized with ToodleDo (read more: ToodleDo-interface) .
Memotoo
mZ can exchange active tasks and events with Memotoo in both directions.
Mobile devices
Many users are syncing entries from mZ to Outlook or Lotus Notes and from there to mobile devices. But Cloud Services like iCloud, Toodledo or Memotoo are getting ever more popular every day for this, because the synchronization is direct, fast and reliable.
iPhone, iPad
iCloud: There is a synchronization with the Outlook/iCloud folder, which can be carried out additionally or alternatively to the Outlook synchronization with the same mouse click.
At most devices, the available interfaces with Outlook, Lotus Notes and ICS are usable.
File interfaces
csv
Outlines can be exported in csv format with different layouts. The desired data fields are selectable as well.
html
Outlines created by meineZIELE can be exported as common websites (html) and provided as information. The .htm pages can be displayed with any web browser.
Zwischenablage
Outlines may be transferred to other pragrams e.g. MS Word via the windows clipboard.
